Prices and Booking
We try to keep the availability calendar below as up to date as possible, but if you would like to stay at 22, please send us an email or call to confirm your dates are available and to book your stay.
Prices for 2023 are:
January – June: £40/night or £200/week
July – August: £50/night or £250/week
September – December: £40/night or £200/week
We’d ideally prefer it if week bookings were Saturday to Saturday, especially in peak holiday time, but if you would just like to stay for the weekend or for a mid-week break, let us know and we’ll do our best to fit everyone in.
